Home Owners and Renters,
At the last Annual Board meeting on November 28th, the
2008 budget was adopted. See attached. Additionally new board members were
elected and will serve for the next year.
1. Old Business
- Gutter Cleaning: Has taken place and no concerns outside of
regular cleaning were discovered.
·
Landscape: The replacement of
entrance landscape will take place in spring and will not exceed the previously
voted on amount of $ 500.00 dollars
2. New Business
- November ~ Annual Meeting: At the meeting the
following people were voted onto the board to serve for the 2008 fiscal
year:
1. Tiffany Plaza (Unit 5) ~ President
2. Ivonne Georgas (Unit 18) ~ Treasure
3. Kamy Daddono (Unit 1) ~ Secretary
4. Maribel Hernandez (Unit 2) ~ Board Member
5. Marcela Quiroz (Unit 3) ~ Board Member
- Special Thanks: We want to thank both Matt Georgas and
Aynsely Rutledge for all the work they did in establishing the Association
Board. In particular Matt went up and beyond in creating the website and
performing many of the administrative responsibilities that are now in
place for the next year.
- Parking/Towing Company: A concern was raised that we
look into hiring a new towing company when residents experience
unauthorized cars parked in personal
parking spots. Matt first the motion and Aynsely second it.
- Exterior Drainage: A concern was raised around the drainage
pipes that lead from several of the town homes. Board members will seek three quotes to
determine cost. This project will take place in early spring.
- Monthly Association Fees: Enclosed you will find a 12
month form for your convenience to add to your billing system. Fees are
due on the 1st of each month and a late charge will be added
after the 15th.
- Landscape:
A question of landscape costs and service was brought up. A vote took
place to research 3 additional landscape companies’ to compare against
current fees.
- The meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m.

Please remember the garbage company will NOT pick up anything outside of the garbage cans. Fellow residents
have been kind enough to throw others’ garbage into the can. A special pick up
costs the association an additional $ 30.00 dollars per visit and could
potentially increase our monthly assessments. It’s also important that we keep the garbage receptacles closed.
Not only is this for health and sanitary purposes, but inhibits local squirrels
and raccoons from dragging and spreading garbage throughout the grounds. Thank
you for your continued support in this area.
