November, 2007
Home Owners and Renters,
The next Annual Board meeting will be Wednesday, November 28th
at 7:00 p.m. Please note the new
location: The Lake Bluff Library located on
1. Old Business
·
Landscape: We lost a small tree
and bush at the front entrance of the drive. A $ 500.00 dollar landscape
improvement budget was approved in June and will go towards the replacement of
these items.
·
Sum pumps: After seeking legal
council it has been recommended that we can only encourage homeowners to
upgrade the existing sum pumps with a battery back-up system. This upgrade will
ensure that every unit holds its market value. Systemic flooding can cause
health and structural damage such as mold, foundation damage, and loss of
personal property. Much like the fence dividers that were installed; homeowners
should work together to share in the costs associated with this upgrade.

November ~ Annual

as well as elect next years board members. If you or someone you know is

Please remember the garbage company will NOT pick up anything outside of the garbage cans. Fellow residents
have been kind enough to throw others’ garbage into the can. A special pick up
costs the association an additional $ 30.00 dollars per visit and could
potentially increase our monthly assessments.
