Community News You can Use

Storage Facility and Bike Shed~

We have recently had to change the locks on both facilities.

The Bike Shed now has a key pad combination which eliminates the need for a key. The combination is ~ 3735. We suggest locking your bike once in the shed as the association is not responsible should it go missing. The Association Board will keep keys to the storage facility where common supplies such as light bulbs stored.

Landscape~

Spring cleanup and weekly maintenance has begun and we need your assistance. Please remember that ALL grassy areas are considered common grounds and owned by the association. You can not leave lawn furniture, fire pits, and the like on the grass after use. These areas must be kept clear for the landscaper and as a courtesy to all neighbors. Please use your patio as a place to store these items.

Pets~

Owners are responsible in immediately cleaning up after their dog eliminates. At the next Board meeting we will discuss the possibility of fining violators or added an additional monthly charge to all pet owners in covering associated maintenance fees. Our by-laws (located on our website) clearly state the rules concerning pets. We would like to avoid having to amend the bi-laws to reflect a band on future owners from having pets altogether. Please do your part in being responsible.

Summer Fun~

This year reflects every unit in officially being owned and occupied. As we gather outdoors with family and friends, we encourage everyone be courteous to your neighbors. Guest parking is allowed in undesignated spaces only, and noise levels should reflect our close proximity and the hour of day/night.

Continued thanks to all who continue to get monthly assessments fees in by the 15th of each month

Respectfully Submitted ~

Kamy Daddono, Recording Secretary
