Home Owners and Renters,

We thank all of you who continue to get your monthly assessments in by the 15th of each month. It helps the budget and requires less time by us volunteers in having to track the records.

Board Minutes from the February 9th meeting in which changes or actions required a vote: (Matt opened the meeting at 7:05pm)

  1. We have repeatedly asked the former building owner(s) to give us keys to the storage room and the bike facility. It was decided that Matt will attempt one more time to request the keys. If again they don’t comply, Matt will get three quotes to have new locks put on each of the doors. It was further decided to install keypad locks to enable owners/renters easy access when wanting to retrieve there bike or needed supplies. Matt will go with the lowest bidder. Kamy proposed the steps and Matt seconded the motion.
  2. You may have noticed a few common area lights that have burned out. Kamy was able to retrieve a few bulbs from the storage area when the former building owners were last here. Matt and Aynsley will put them in. Aynsley proposed that Kamy purchase another box of bulbs to have on hand for future use. Matt seconded the motion.
  3. We have been asked by homeowners if a small landscape design/installation can be done in the spring to frame the Robinwood sign along the road.  Our current Landscape Company has offered to create a design/quote from which we can review and vote. Kamy proposed that we spend no more then $ 500.00 dollars to include the design, prep work, and installation for this service. Following the Landscape work we would invite homeowners to share in a bulb planting event to help save on additional costs. Aynsley seconded the motion.

Attendance; Matt and Ivonne Georgas, Aynsley Rutledge, Kamy Daddono

Matt closed the meeting at 7:30pm

Robinwood Website is Up and Running ~ www.robinwoodstates.com

Thanks to Matt we now have our own website. Matt owns a web design company called Graphic Weaver. Recently he designed free of charge a website for your convenience and use. Included is a photo gallery of a unit (great for resale), past board Newsletters and minutes, budget information, Association bylaws, local stores/companies to refer and more. Matt wants your ideas. If you have a service to share, a handyman to recommend, or other ideas for our site please let us know. This very professional website reflects well on our association and is one more way we can protect our investment. THANKS MATT!

Monthly Assessment Fees ~

Please note the minimal increase in our fees for the 2007 budget. All units now pay $ 92.00 dollars with the exception of unit 8 (a three bedroom) which pays

$ 103.00 dollars.
