Annual Board Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

1. 2007 Budget

a. A motion was made by Amanda to incur a $9.99/month server hosting fee for the association, this will be covered in the bookkeeping budget. Matt seconded the motion

b. 30 day review by all residents of the budget

c. Board will meet on 12/1/06 to ratify new budget

d. Any comments or suggestions regarding the budget must be submitted in writing to the association PO box

e. Budget to be included in the November meetings mailing to residents

2. Common Courtesy letter

a. Developed to provide general guidelines to residents and to protect the properties value without incurring the legal costs of amending bylaws

b. Copy to be provided to all residents with mailing

c. Includes information on pets, landscaping and improvements to property

3. Nomination of new board members

a. Nominations

i. Matt nominated Aynsley (Kyle seconds)

ii. Ivonne nominated Kamy (Matt seconds)

iii. Kyle nominated Matt (Meryl seconds)

b. No nominations were received via the PO box

c. A ballot vote was not held as only three nominations were received

d. NEW BOARD MEMBERS effective November 1, 2006 – November 1, 2007

i. Matt Georgas

ii. Aynsley Rutledge

iii. Kamy Daddono

1. The board will conduct a meeting on December 1, 2006 to vote on the final budget.

2. Increased association fees will begin on January 1, 2007 based on approved final budget.

3. Adjournment of Meeting

Matt motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:20pm. Amanda seconds.
