Dumpster Protocol

Do not put trash on the ground if the dumpster is full. Waste Management only takes items inside the dumpster and recycling bins.

If you have a large item to dispose of please inform the board. Large items that do not fit in the dumpster require a fee and special pickup.

The monthly assessment fees do not cover special trash pickups, individual residents are to pay for their own special pickups.

Three special pickups have been made and if the problem persists the board will have to float assessment fees to cover these bills.

Special Pickup

Keep our place clean and our assessments low !

Our last special pickup was $35.00 for a couch. The cost depends on the truck Waste Management has to use. Please inform a board member about what you need to throw out and they will find out the price.

Again, the monthly assessment fees do not cover special trash pickups, individual units must pay for their own special pickup.

Please do not try to throw out tree branches, couches and other large items. Waste Management will not take these items away unless a board member calls in a special pickup.

The recycling is picked up once a week.

If the recycling bins are both full please just put your recycling in the dumpster. Waste Management will only take items inside the receptacles or ‘96 gallon toters’.

Please do not try to throw out tree branches, couches and other large items. Waste management will not take these away.
